General Banking Officer / Personal Banking Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, offering guidance on banking products and services, and helping them make informed financial decisions.
• Handle loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and coordinate with internal departments for approvals and disbursements.
• Promote and cross-sell a full range of banking products and services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long-term client retention.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure adherence to internal and external requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a strong team spirit.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or equivalent qualification.
• IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3) or HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8) qualifications are an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to recommend appropriate financial solutions based on client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Professional, ethical, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality.

• 中學文憑或同等學歷。
• 持有 IIQE（第1、2、3卷）或 HKSI（第1、7、8卷）資格者優先考慮。
• 能操流利粵語，並具良好英語及普通話能力。
• 具備良好分析能力，能根據客戶需求提供合適的財務方案。
• 出色的人際關係及溝通技巧，能與客戶建立長遠且穩固的關係。
• 專業誠信，重視客戶資料保密。
