  • Japanese multinational technology-driven company
  • Brand owner, R&D, manufacturer and marketer : high technology systems & machinery for the building & construction, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors
  • Core business : transportation systems; logistics & material handling systems; vehicle-related products/machinery; industrial machinery; air-conditioning & refrigeration system; infrastructure machinery & equipment
  • Hong Kong : trading office and support officce for projects located in HK and China market
  • We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING LOGISTICS OFFICER - with details as follows : 
THE JOB :
  • Report to the Japanese General Manager
  • Perform full set L/C, I/E shipping documents independently
  • Consolidate and report operation data
  • Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock check
  • Provide support to the office
  • DSE/Form 5 or above
  • 3+ years shipping/logistics experiences
  • Experience in handling full set of I/E shipping documents & L/C
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin and Japanese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in sizable Japanese companies is a plus
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
