IT Support / Helpdesk Support

Our client is looking for a young and energetic IT support to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general office IT support on daily operations

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for server hardware, applications, and network systems.

• Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support

• Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking

• Manage system installation, configuration, and maintenance in:

1) Windows Server and Linux environments

2) MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, and Java-based applications

• Support end user for solving issues in their PC/mobile operating systems (OS), hardware, applications

• Work rotating morning/night shifts (on-call standby included).

 Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent

• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred 

• Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, Java, Windows Server and Linux. And basic knowledge in SQL 

• Familiar with financial market operations would be an advantage
