IT Project Manager/AM - Investment Trading Platform (Sell-side)

Job Highlights

• PM or SA or BA exposure on Securities Trading/Settlement System
• Professional qualification of PMP or Scrum Master as advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team head in ensuring the seamless daily operations of the trading and settlement system.
• Support the project management team in system upgrades and enhancements.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and objectives from stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Build and sustain relationships with external vendors.
• Provide guidance and direction to ensure all project activities are executed on schedule, with high quality, and within budget.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, with additional experience using Ayers, 2GoTrade, or Sharp Point being advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with good documentation management control.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Possession of project management certifications such as PMP or CSM is a plus.
• Self-motivated and a strong team player.
