IT Procurement Senior Officer /Manager (Contract)

Act as IT procurement to help in prepare and evaluate RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs , focus on software liscnecing, network or IT vendor and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT software licenses, network professional services, hardware, and other related IT procurements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare and evaluate RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to select suitable vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand project requirements and budget constraints.
• Monitor and track procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting.
• Stay updated on market trends, vendor offerings, and industry best practices in IT procurement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in IT procurement within a financial services or similar environment.
• Strong expertise in software licensing procurement and network professional services.
• Solid understanding of IT products, services, and related procurement processes.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and make strategic sourcing decisions.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
