IT - Business Analyst (Banking & FI Background Preferred)

Our client is a listed company and a revolutionary market leader that is seeking for a high calibre individual to join their internal BA team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications 

• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and the internal IT team to ensure the successful execution of the project 

• Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management 

• Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation 

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

• Has 2-5 years of solid experience in Business Analysis 

• Candidate has banking and financial services background is highly preferred

• Familiar with Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), Integration Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Training, Requirement Change Request and related items

• Experienced in Agile software development lifecycle

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
