Investor Relation Manager

【Key Responsibilities】: 1. Promote a global approach to Investor Relationships 2. Lead global capital-raising efforts for the in-house private credit fund and RWA fund, focusing on private credit funds, family offices, UHNW individuals, alternative investment funds. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet the funds growth objectives. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with investors across Mainland China, Hong Kong, APAC, Middle East, and Europe. This includes regular communication, updates on fund performance, and strategic engagement to ensure long-term partnerships. 4. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the fund and expand its visibility among potential investors. This includes presenting the funds strategy and performance to attract new capital. 【Qualifications】: 1. 10+ years of experience in investor relationship, fundraising, or private banking, with a strong preference for candidates from private credit / private equity investor relationship or UHNW Private Bankers or investment banking (IPO equity capital markets) 2. Proven ability to leverage existing relationships with funds, family offices, and UHNW individuals 3. Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus 4. Demonstrated success in raising significant capital from institutional investors or UHNW individuals
