International Risk Control Director-securities business

Job Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for improving the risk management system for international business, refining relevant risk management policies, systems, and procedures, and overseeing their implementation.

2.Conduct risk management for international securities products and services, optimize the system management system, and manage internal control and operational risks.

3.Evaluate international business projects, issue risk warnings and risk assessment reports, and provide solutions.

4.For identified major risks and issues, push business departments to establish contingency plans, make improvements/upgrades, implement closed - loop management until the risks are eliminated.

Job Requirements

1.A bachelors degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English, with more than 5 years of experience in overseas securities risk control in the financial industry (preferably in securities, asset management, wealth management, etc.). Experience in risk control related to securities margin trading, options trading, etc., and experience in CDD and FDD due diligence are preferred.

2.Familiar with overseas risk management theories and practices, master systematic risk analysis methods, and have a keen ability to identify and judge risks.

3.Mature in mind, strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, with an international perspective and vision.
