HR Officer, C&B
The HR Officer, Compensation & Benefits, will support the full cycle of payroll calculation and reporting, working closely with the C&B team and data maintenance staff. This role involves assisting with payroll processing, providing support for MPF administration, and contributing to corporate service functions for a team managing approximately 300 headcounts, ensuring accurate and timely HR data management.

The company is seeking a Junior HR Officer specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join its dynamic HR team and support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Description
- Hong Kong labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, including headcount data, budget projections, and other metrics for management review.
- Manage and update employee data in the HR system (e.g., Oracle or similar), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the data maintenance team to handle MPF contributions, staff records, and related administrative tasks.
- Offer occasional support on payroll projects, working with the team to address specific needs or challenges as they arise.
- Participate in process reviews to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in payroll calculation and reporting (less experience not preferred).
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of handling complex payroll data and generating accurate reports.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the C&B team, data maintenance staff, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws, MPF regulations, and basic payroll compliance requirements.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
