Head of Trust Administration

Our client, a Leading Banking Group in Hong Kong, is now looking for the High Calibre candidates for their position of Head of Trust Administration.

Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the team for effective delivery of trust administration and customer relationship work

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to trust administration

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency

• Formulate the goals, objectives and business operations of the Trust Administration Department

• Train and develop subordinates to foster professional development

 Job Requirements 

• Degree holder in law, accounting, business related discipline or possess relevant professional qualifications such as TEP and HKCGI Chartered member is a plus

• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in trust administration with 5 years in supervisory role preferred

• Good knowledge in trust set-up and routine administrative operation

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Head of Trust Administration
