GI Distribution - Foreign-based Insurer (AM/M)

Your new role

Joining a winning team of P&C distribution specialists, you are tasked to develop a profitable portfolio by strengthening relationships with strategic clients through direct agency and brokerage channels. You will be working closely with the team lead and the local Head of Distribution to enforce local and regional strategies.

What youll need to succeed

To qualify and become a successful candidate, it is preferred to have the below qualities:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the distribution function within the general insurance sector;
• Showing a track-record in managing and growing P&C portfolio (either motor or non-motor are welcome)
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Passing IIQE paper 1&2;
• Ambitious and ability to work under pressure;

Successful candidate will be offered a permanent position with a monthly salary of HKD 40,000 to 45,000 along with a comprehensive employee benefits program. You will be working in an energetic, dynamic environment where hard work is recognised.
