FX Japanese Manager (Sales / Customer Service)

Our client is a Financial Technology company, and they are now looking for a CS Manager for their system operation and CS team.

Responsibilities

・Supervise Customer Success Team (responsible for customer support services), CS team in APAC and have 6 to 8 teammates

・Perform remittance support, email & live chat support (no need phone call)

・Support Japanese clients account opening (KYC)

・Use the internal system to carry out the deposit/withdrawal process

・Providing training and support to team members

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in team management

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Native level in Japanese, native Japanese welcome

  • Experience in finance/system/fintech is an advantage

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree or above

Financial Services, Fintech, KYC
