Facilities Coordinator

• Arrange local and oversea courier
• Maintain sufficient general stationery suppliers and order if necessary
• Responsible for collecting incoming mails, franking and sending out outgoing mails
• Prepare some invoice reports
• Cover the receptionist duties daily during reception lunch time
• Handle all ad hoc duties as requested
