Executive Officer (with the functional title Project Officer) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref: 531854) (to commence as soon as possible thereafter for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelors degree with at least 5 years proven work experience in the higher education sector or in public organization. They should have a good command of written English and Chinese, effective organizational and communication skills, IT proficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility. Applicants should be mature, highly motivated, meticulous, attentive to details, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders.

The appointee will report to the Principal Investigator and provide administrative and logistical support to the project team. He/ She will communicate with different stakeholders, assist in a wide range of administrative functions including progress reporting and secretarial work, managing financial matters, overseeing office management, and perform other duties as assigned.
