Pay

:

HK$37,590 to HK$66,291 (HGPS point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work under the Human Resources team of the ITSSS and be responsible for the followings:

  1. Render administrative and executive support in the day-to-day operations of human resources management including manpower planning & monitoring, recruitment & appointment, performance management, training and development, etc.
  2. Provide administrative support in planning, development and implementation of initiatives for Hospital Authority Information Technology and Health Informatics Division.
  3. Coordinate and organize meetings, activities and programs.
  4. Assist in development of guidelines and performance pledges for the management of resources utilization of related functions.
  5. Supervise a team of clerical and supporting staff.

 Entry Requirements:

  1. A university degree or equivalent.
  2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure:

  1. Post-qualification relevant HR experience is preferred.
  2. Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  4. Responsible, self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
  5. Proficient in common office software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
