Description

As an Employment Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on employment matters
  • Representing clients in employment disputes and negotiations
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Preparing legal documents related to employment law
  • Staying updated on developments in employment law
  • Contributing to the firms knowledge management and business development activities
  • Working closely with other team members to provide comprehensive legal services
  • Participating in the firms diversity and inclusion initiatives

Profile

A successful Employment Associate should have:

  • Admitted in Hong Kong (4-7 PQE)
  • A strong academic background in law
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law gained from a leading employment team
  • Ability to deliver clear, precise advice to clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently. Able to lead matters
  • Chinese language skills
