Education Consultant / Customer Service (UK/ 25-30K + Bonus)

As an Education Consultant, you will be a key advisor to families navigating the British education system. Youll leverage your expertise to guide students toward the best boarding school or university options, providing personalized support and insights every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, providing timely and professional advice and support.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK schools and universities, staying informed on admissions, program updates, and key contacts.

• Conduct regular on-site visits to UK institutions to gather first-hand information and build rapport.

• Analyze market trends and student profiles to provide strategic guidance and customized educational solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service and accountability.

• Collaborate with the Academic Asia team to identify opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Deep knowledge of the UK education system, including admissions requirements, program offerings, and application processes.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

• Strong research and analytical skills to stay informed on market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Immediate availability is preferred.
