Distribution Sales Analyst

Job description

l  Assist the team in servicing distribution clients (i.e. Private Banks and Wealth Management firms) in terms of cross asset structured products

l  Support the sales team ranging from but not limited to client onboarding, market commentaries, documentations, pitch deck preparation, revenue analysis, booking of trades, pricing requests etc.

l  Handle day to day regular client enquiries

l  Liaise with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Trading, Structuring, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations etc. to streamline process

l  To assist in arranging relevant client events / meetings

Job requirements

l  Bachelor or Masters degree with strong academic background in Accounting, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics or Mathematics

l  Some full-time experiences is preferred

l  Internship experience in capital markets products will be an advantage

l  Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills

l  Strong communication and independent problem solving skills

l  Strong interests in financial markets

l  Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility

l  Responsible, self-initiative, positive attitude, attentive to details and hardworking

l  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, VBA and other PC applications

l  Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
