Digital Transformation Consultant

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Coordinate teams (onshore and offshore) and vendors for smooth execution.

• Manage cross-country business & technical teams (Business Analysts, Architects, Delivery Teams, UX/UI Designers, Testers)

• Manage dependencies in system implementation projects.

• Oversee release planning and BAU transition.

• Develop and track detailed project plans.

• Handle project changes and risk mitigation.

• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

• Support pre-sales activities.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• 4+ years in system development, preferably IT consulting.

• Strong technical and project management skills.

• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and related methodologies.

• Experience with large-scale system implementation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Adaptable, culturally aware, and vendor management experience.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).

• Project management certification is a plus.
