Digital Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Digital Business Development Manager to plan, design, develop and manage the new digital platform for one of our subsidiaries. It is a very innovative "start-up" project. The right candidate must manage this project from A to Z, and his/her duty include:

1. Plan and design the new digital platform (NDP) for B to B and B to C (e.g. roadmap, scoping, build, test etc.) 

2. Plan, design and execute the launching of NDP in Greater China Region and Southeast Asia 

3. Plan and design the advertising channel with Facebook, Google and any possible digital channels 

4. Plan, design and direct the new market entry strategic 

5. Design partnership program to increase business channels and the influence of the NDP 

6. Work closely with the NDP developers and related personnel (e.g. UI/UX designer, software engineers, XR designers etc.) to develop the NDP  

7. Manage the data analytic and conduct A/B test to boost the performance and effectiveness of the NDP 

8. Plan and manage all financial matters related to NDP 

9. Work with internal consultants and external partners to modify the strategic direction based on their comments and market trends 

If you would like to apply for this job, you need to meet with the following requirements: 

• Masters degree in business administration or related area 

• At least 6 to 8 years proven related experience in digital business/start-up/social media platform 

• Have business development experience in developing digital business in Greater China Region and Southeast Asia 

• Knowledge in Google Analytics, AI, UI/UX, SQL, AI, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suites, and Meta Ads Managers 

• Hand-on experience in project management related to digital platform development  

• Able to work independently

• Have strong project management and problem solving skills
