Data Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data creation for AI social products using semi-automated methods to ensure high-quality training and evaluation datasets; help optimize model performance metrics.
  • Work with algorithm and product teams to establish data standards, improve annotation tools, and lead data reviews.
  • Research efficient human-machine annotation methods to enhance data quality and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher, with relevant experience in large models for social applications.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Proficient in prompt engineering and workflows to support data production, with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork.
