Assistant Finance Manager

Assist finance function for all financial aspects, including but not limited to:

• Maintain the groups system of accounts and keep books and records on all group transactions and assets
• Support day-to-day operations including payments process and bank account maintenance
• Support in management reports preparation and month-end closing process
• Preparation of budget and forecast for the firm and its affiliates
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls for the organization
• Liaise with external tax representatives for the preparation of tax returns
• Handle other issues related to financial arrangements
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• With a university or above degree in Finance or Accounting (Chartered Accountant is preferable)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in audit or financial institute.
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Ability to work independently and manage his/her own tasks
• Attentive to details
• Good team player
• Dynamic, diligent, flexible, thinks outside the box
