What youll be doing?

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with clients, related parties, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Problem Resolution: Analyze findings and proactively address problem shipments, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Project Management: Oversee timely project plans, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Documentation: Prepare and update essential documents and reports, contributing to the teams operational efficiency.

  • Business Development: Build partnerships with various parties and identify new business opportunities, helping the company grow.

  • Process Improvement: Provide analytical data and information to enhance processes and workflows, collaborating with the Manager and Head of Department.

Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is preferred, showcasing your relevant knowledge base.

  • Industry Experience: While 2 years of related working experience in the logistics field is ideal, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. We value potential and a willingness to learn.

  • Logistics Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in logistics and freight is beneficial, but were also open to those eager to develop their expertise in this field.
