Customer Service Officer (Call Centre, Shift Duty) - Up to 24K X 12 + Bonus

Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) to join their big family.

The Role

  • Provide high service quality of hotlines through outbound calls and emails

  • Answer customer requests and report customers feedback and comments to the internal department

  • Support on updating customers information in the system

  • Support marketing and promotional activities

 The Person

  • Higher Diploma in any field or above

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Willing to shift duty (5 working days)
