Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) to join their big family.
The Role
Provide high service quality of hotlines through outbound calls and emails
Answer customer requests and report customers feedback and comments to the internal department
Support on updating customers information in the system
Support marketing and promotional activities
The Person
Higher Diploma in any field or above
At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Willing to shift duty (5 working days)
