Contract Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) - Banking/Insurnce, Non-Sales
Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries from incoming call on various banking products
- Handle requests from customer on product enquiries/service
- Perform account maintenance
- Provide administrative support to the team as assigned
- Contract until Dec 2025, subject to extension
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any field
- Fresh graduate with relevant customer service and hotline experience are welcome
- Good communication skill and telephone manner
- Detail-minded, Customer and service oriented
- Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Requires a Chinese input method
