Corporate Sales Manager
About the role
This is a full-time Corporate Sales Manager position at Cookies Quartet Limited located in San Po Kong Wong Tai Sin District. As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with the companys most important enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and their loyalty is secured.
What youll be doing
Develop and implement key account strategies: Develop different strategies, actively search for new enterprises and large customers as well as customers assigned by the company, implement comprehensive new customer development management plans, and ensure that these plans comply with our business objectives and customer strategies.
Business development: Actively explore and seek new business opportunities in the B2B field, focusing on corporate gift orders, large-scale event catering, and other customized solutions.
Establish and maintain partnerships: Build long-term cooperative relationships with decision-makers of major customers, understand their needs and provide excellent services to exceed expectations.
Sales forecasting and target achievement: Ensure accurate sales forecasts and achieve designated key customer sales targets for specific categories.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure that customers different product needs are met, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide high-quality products.
Market analysis and competitor monitoring: Track competitors activities and market trends to gain valuable insights and drive forward-thinking strategic actions.
Promotion and execution: Plan and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for key accounts. It is also required to suggest a pricing system, complete discussions with customers, and complete the documents and contracts required for transactions.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience developing new clients and new markets.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar management role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a deep understanding of Hong Kong and Chinese cultures.
