Overview

Our client is an international commercial bank with well-established coverage teams which collaborate closely with specialized teams in Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Retail Banking to provide seamless solutions for clients. This individual is expected to have a stable working history and track record in Commercial Banking industry.

Your New Role:

• Strengthen existing client relationships and onboard new clients.
• Promote a range of banking products, including deposits (especially CASA), CAPEX loans, trade/working capital finance, factoring, supply chain financing, equipment finance, DCM, and treasury products, ensuring top-quality service.
• Drive the commercial banking business by increasing the number of accounts, loan and deposit balances (especially CASA), and other fee-based products.
• Structure banking facilities and prepare credit proposals.
• Conduct timely annual reviews of credit facilities.

What youll need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 15 years of client coverage experience in the commercial banking sector, focusing on mid-caps with an excellent sales track record in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region.
• At least holding licensing HKMA Type 1 & 4
• Strong credit and business acumen in the commercial banking space, with relevant client and industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Certified ECF or Credit Risk Management (CRM) accredited by HKIB are advantageous.
