Captain - Happy Valley Clubhouse

• Ensure excellence: Maintain top-notch F&B operations and service standards for members and guests.

• Implement best practices: Assist management in ensuring staff compliance with SOPs and service standards, especially during changes.

• Mentor and coach: Guide new staff and trainees to maintain service excellence and align with the Clubs culture.

• Enhance member experience: Promote facilities, collect feedback, and contribute to menu planning.

• Drive marketing initiatives: Coordinate promotional activities and manage seasonal promotional counters.

• Provide personalized service: Greet members professionally, escort them to tables, recommend dishes, and ensure efficient order processing.

• Educational background: Form 5 standard, ideally with a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Relevant experience: 5 years in hotel or sizable catering establishments, with 2 years in a similar position.

• Specialized knowledge: Experience in Chinese Provincial and Hot Pot Restaurant operations is a plus.

• Sales skills: Strong upselling techniques and wine knowledge are advantageous.

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.

• Language skills: Fluency in Cantonese, with English and Mandarin proficiency as an advantage.
