Capital Management Analyst, Insurance

My client, a globally recognized insurance company, is seeking a talented individual to join their finance and capital management team. Candidates with an investment background are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of capital and free surplus generation by coordinating financial and strategic analyses to help optimize capital levels.
  • Assist in capital efficiency initiatives through detailed analysis of economic performance drivers and capital requirements.
  • Contribute to effective strategy formulation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and promote capital efficiency plans while considering competitors best practices within the Group.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged in execution through regular progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CFA certification is preferred but not mandatory; a strong financial background, ideally from the insurance industry, is required.
  • Solid understanding of insurance business and financial operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with international and virtual teams.
