Our client is a sizable logistics distribution service company with attractive benefits is looking for the following positions :

Position : Business Development Manager (Food / Cold Chain Logistics)

Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder is highly preferable, Major in Marketing, International Business or Supply Chain Management

  • At least 5 yrs relevant experience in Business Development with a proven track record in client acquisition and management

  • Gained with food/ cold chain logistics industry experience is highly preferable

  • Hands on experience in cross-border business operations

  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong and overseas market with strong analytical and strategic planning skills

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency fluency in English & Chinese (both written & spoken)

  • Resilient, Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic work environments

  • Proactive, Smart, Sales Oriented, Business acumen and agility

Responsibilities : 

  • Under their Overseas Business Expansion Team & directly report to Senior Business Development Director

  • Client Acquisition, Focus on sourcing food export enterprises (prepare meal manufacturers, dairy producers, frozen seafood traders) and providing end-to-end cross-border cold chain solutions to secure long-term partnerships

  • Supply Chain Optimization, Forge strategic alliances with international freight forwarders and shipping lines to enhance cross border logistics (e.g. refrigerated container shipping, temperature controlled air charters), ensuring competitive pricing and reliable capacity

  • Market Intelligence, Research target markets (e.g. Southeast Asia, Europe, North America) to analyze cold chain demand, regulatory policies, and industry trends, supporting data-driven expansion strategies

  • Hong Kong & Macau Business Development, B2B Client Engagement; Target key accounts including F & B chains, food importers, and premium retailers, delivering tailored solutions (e.g. multi temperature warehousing last-mile cold chain delivery) to achieve revenue goals.

  • Account Management, Conduct regular reviews with key clients to refine service protocols, driving contract renewal rates and referral business

  • Brand Building, Represent the company at international trade events (e.g. Asia Cold Chain Expo) and industry forums to elevate their global presence
