Role Overview The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing system requirements, supporting infrastructure design, and ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical systems. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities
• Deploy, configure, and support critical infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network equipment
• Support and recommend IT policies, standard operating procedures, and capacity planning strategies
• Gather and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Write preliminary and final design specifications for system enhancements
• Document technical work, progress reports, and system memos
• Collaborate closely with the product engineering team to align system capabilities with business needs
• Provide technical support to customers for system integration, troubleshooting, and product optimization
• Participate in quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance and performance standards

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale engineering or IT infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge with software or hardware systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges
