This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the companys growth strategy, fostering new business opportunities, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. As Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and contributing to our ongoing success. Key Responsibility Develop and Execute Sales Strategy : Design and implement a comprehensive BD plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Lead and Build the Sales Team : Recruit, train, and coach BD representatives to exceed quotas and foster a high-performance culture. Drive Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with key accounts. Manage Sales Pipeline : Oversee lead generation, qualification, and deal progression using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Analyze and Optimize : Track KPIs, forecast sales, and refine processes to maximize efficiency and results. Build Client Relationships : Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Experience : 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role. Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue. Leadership Skills : Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams with a coaching mindset. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with [your industry, e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, retail] is a plus.
