Business Development Executive (Korean Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and initiate strategic business development activities.

• Develop and manage key client relationships to support long-term partnerships.

• Execute business development strategies focused on the Malaysia market.

• Implement tactical plans to help achieve and exceed organizational objectives.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete responses to client requests with consistent follow-up.

• Participate in seminars and special events related to business development initiatives.

• Monitor and report on KPIs and operational achievements to management.

• Uphold professionalism in representing the companys image and values.

• Maintain engagement with potential leads to support consistent business growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

• Excellent relationship-building and client engagement abilities.

• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English and Korean is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
