Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform business process analysis to recommend areas of workflow and productivity improvement by driving enhancements on various information systems.

• Coordinate, gather and analyze internal /external feedbacks on IT systems to identify areas of system improvement, especially for time efficiency and user experience

• Maintain project documentation and develop business processes flows, requirements, and design.

• Help to create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.

• Define and propose solutions for problems and examine the feasibility of the solutions.

• Prepare test plans, conduct quality assurance test, coordinate UAT (including tracking and fixing) and provide end user training

• Coordinate various information systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in developing and enhancing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or similar software applications.

• Familiarity with ERP concepts and frameworks is a plus.

• A good team player, and able to work independently.

• Good technical writing, project management, analytical and research skills.

• Good negotiations, problem-solving skills and result oriented.

• Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule.

• Excellent communication skill in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
