Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and strategy

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role within the commercial sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, additional language skills is value added
