Position: Assistant Solicitor

What Were Looking For:

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with a solid background in legal practice.

• Academic Excellence: Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice to management on a variety of issues, including civil/criminal litigation, family law or corporate matters (depending on expertise).

• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and assist in client consultations.

• Take the initiative in your work while remaining calm and effective under pressure.

• Able to work independently

Position: Legal Interns

We are searching for enthusiastic Legal Interns to support our talented team of lawyers on exciting projects, all while enjoying a welcoming and friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lawyers on assigned projects, assisting in the review of contracts and legal documents.

• Conduct thorough legal research and develop insightful legal analyses, opinions, and training materials on both corporate and litigation legal matters.

• Undertake various ad hoc duties as assigned to help drive our projects forward.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Educational Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB, JD, PCLL, LLM, or equivalent degree.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office applications.
