Job Description

  • Assist in managing Government accommodation situated in New Territories Northern District

  • Degree or above in property management, facility management or other relevant disciplines

  • A member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) or a Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is a must

  • Obtain and maintain the Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) under the licensing regime of Property Management Services Ordinance

  • At least five years experience in property / facility management in which a minimum of 2 years experience at managerial level in relevant field

  • Well organized, independent & hard-working

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels

  • Customer oriented and with pleasant personality

  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of both written English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • With experience in security and crowd control management is preferable

  • Shift duty on Saturday and Sunday is required
