The Talent Acquisition team is an integrated group which takes care of graduate and experienced hiring, global mobility and
referral programs. This role will involve in working cross functionally to deliver a seamless recruitment service to the business. You will play an active role in supporting our major change process to ensure the delivery of a quality customer focused service to both the business and our candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the firms talent acquisition strategy
- Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking and other creative channels
- Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, industry and competitor analysis, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities
- Identify and demonstrate an understanding of KPMG China, the competitive advantage and employment value proposition that results in effective hiring
- Work in a consistent manner that delivers positively against relevant metrics (cost, time-to-fill)
- Manage candidate relationships and talent pipelines for future hard-to-fill talent acquisition needs
- Build effective relationships with clients and partners, requiring strong proactive communication, the ability to manage disagreements appropriately, and a strong service orientation
- Your coverage will expand to involve areas of Global Mobility and dealing with other KPMG Member Firms around the world
- An understanding of HR disciplines such as Compensation & Benefits and Employee Services will benefit you in this role
- Degree holder, preferably in human resources or business related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience gained from a major corporate or professional services firm, plus experience in headhunting would be advantageous
- Ability to work at a fast pace whilst delivering pragmatic and high quality outcomes
- Proven negotiation skills, and evidence of forming strong business relationships
- Excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
