Assistant Manager - Sales

• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and generate revenue.

• Collaborate with the Manager-Sales to design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base.

• Offer coaching, training, and resources to help sales staff close deals and improve their performance.

• Evaluate the business landscape and identify opportunities for growth and increased sales.

• Maintain strong connections with stakeholders and work to enhance customer experiences.

• Encourage open communication and recognize both individual and team accomplishments.

• Support the Manager-Sales with various duties and responsibilities as needed.

• A Bachelors Degree in surveying, marketing, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for the role.

• At least 4 years of experience in residential property sales, preferably with property developers.

• Familiarity with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance to ensure compliance.

• An outgoing and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Fluency in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing for efficient work management.
