Assistant Manager (Recruitment) - Gravitas Recruitment Group

Role Overview:

Were seeking a motivated, creative, and approachable Assistant Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Program Manager, youll be instrumental in executing our strategy, organizing impactful events, and elevating our brand on social media to attract young talent. This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and leadership in engaging university students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Manager in designing and implementing action plans to attract young talent to our Internship Programme and Academy.
• Plan and oversee event logistics, coordinating with vendors, designers, and technicians to deliver high-quality, engaging events.
• Work with internal teams (Branding, Legal, Compliance) to ensure all materials align with company guidelines.
• Develop and manage compelling written and visual content for our Instagram and Facebook channels, actively engaging with followers and responding to comments.
• Drive innovative strategies to reach high-potential university students and strengthen our brand.
• Monitor program execution, emphasizing exclusive incentives and cost optimization.
• Support additional projects and events as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Recruitment experience and/or an insurance background is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
  • Strong event planning and organizational abilities with a focus on logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse audiences, particularly young university students.
  • Social media expertise, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with followers.
  • Creative and innovative mindset to attract top talent and enhance our brand.
