Assistant Manager- Investment Dept

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for insurance company asset allocation and ALM related work, including assisting in generating IFRS17 report constructing asset allocation strategy based on the feature of liability;

• Assist team work closely with the asset manager enhance portfolio performance;

• Daily monitoring of the risk factor exposure of multi-asset portfolio and monthly performance attribution ;

• Daily communicating with asset managers on market risk and opportunity;

• Assist on both regular and ad-hoc reporting;

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or above top universities will be prioritized , Mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or computer science is preferred

• At least 3 - 5 years working experience in the life insurance investment. Understanding of IFRS17 and ALM work

• Proficient in data analysis with Python( Pandas, Sciket-learn, MatPlotlib) or R

• Familiar with market, show deep understanding of portfolio theory. Familiar with manager asset managers

• Strong quantitative and analytics skills, including the ability to understand concepts and assess situations in a timely manner.

• Team player who have a strong sense of responsibility, ability to withstand pressure

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Good at formal writing and presenting in Mandarin
