Assistant Building Surveyor

John HY Yip Surveyors Limited | Kwai Chung, New Territories | HK

Duties:

  • Participate in maintenance projects, A & A works and renovation projects.
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings, revit model, specifications, tender documents and etc.

Requirements:

  • Holder of Degree / Associate Degree/Diploma/High Diploma in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Technology, Architectural Studies, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering;
  • Degree of any other subject and interested in building works consultancy will also be considered;
  • Proficient in PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Office;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit will be in advantage;
  • Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese;
  • Outgoing, with good interpersonal skills.
