Responsible for handling departmental administration work to ensure smooth operations, managing procurement documentation, assisting in compliance with ISO & AEO standards and supporting theimplementation of best practices within the department.- Higher Diploma or above in administration, purchasing, or related disciplines.- A minimum of 8 years of experience in material control, procurement, and administrative management within the manufacturing sector.- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and AEO standards.- Proven experience in managing supplier contracts and utilizing various procurement systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
