(RPA, UiPath) Application Developer/ Analyst programmer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and maintenance for clients, addressing issues in a timely manner.

• Solve client incidents and issues on-site in Hong Kong.

• Manage Silva tickets, ensuring follow-up within SLA for UiPath-related issues.

• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution at the coding level.

• Maintain and update application-related documentation, including Application Information Documents (AID) and Application Support and Control Plans (ASCP).

• Support and comply with incident management, change management, and problem management workflows.

• Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on UiPath automation.
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English and Mandarin; good Cantonese speaking skills are a plus.
• Experience in application support and maintenance, including incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage client and team relationships effectively.

Technical Skills:

• Full life-cycle experience in analysis, architecture, and design documentation.

• Strong knowledge of UiPath and its components, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as UiPath, C#, and the .NET Framework.

• Familiarity with Microsoft VBA and MS-Access is a plus.

• Technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
