Responsibilities :

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries
• Follow up orders and coordinate with production to meet the delivery schedule
• Maintain good relationships with current customers assigned
• Work closely with internal parties to reach targets
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years proven sales/ customer service experience
• Energetic, customer-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive with creative mind, strong communication skills
• Hardworking and enjoy challenge work
• Good spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis
• Outdoor works are required
