Our client is a well-known FMCG company. They are currently looking for professional to join their team: Responibilities: Demand planning Deliver and monitor annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, analysis and reporting Liaise with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to develop short range / long range forecast, keep track assumptions and rationale behind and performance analysis to identify the forecast changes and gap Partner with marketing and sales team, manage forecast phase in phase out for new product launch, product mix and provide actionable solutions plan and root cause analysis Provide analytical support highlighting changes of demand plan, forecast accuracy, trend, so to identify inventory impact Supply & inventory management Liaise with supply points to manage product flow from order placement till fulfillment. Liaise with supply point to ensure delivery is on-time & in full Drive root cause analysis and actions plan development for any performance issues Partner with project team and supply point on NPD activities for areas related to supply chain to ensure OTIF Ensure planning parameters adhere to blueprint and updated in the system accordingly Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines Minimum 4 years of working experience in FMCG Logistics Field Experience in FMCG (retail and food service industries) and MNC sizable Company is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Team player, with drive and interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong working relationships at all levels Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English & Chinese PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing, and SAP ERP systems Interested parties please submit your application with your full resume in word format.
