職責:

• 負責管理店舖之日常營運、庫存、成本控制、銷售及盈利增長及人力資源調配，並帶領店舖團隊有效提升顧客服務質素，以達至公司營運指標

要求:

• 中學畢業或以上
• 具5年零售或服務行業管理經驗 (曾從事保健及美容行業優先考慮)
• 具良好市場觸覺及了解顧客需要
• 具良好策劃、溝通及領導技巧
• 主動，熱誠，具良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
• * 經驗較淺者，可申請顧客服務主任或店舖副經理
