兼職副主任 - 人力資源

職責：

• 支援人力資源日常運作，包括輸入資料和處理各項文件；
• 協助招聘流程，包括刊登招聘廣告和安排面試；
• 協助處理員工福利事宜和兼職員工薪酬計算；
• 支援文書工作；
• 執行上級指派的其他工作。

要求：

• 持有人力資源管理或相關學科文憑或以上學歷；
• 具薪酬計算經驗者優先考慮；
• 熟悉MS Office（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）及中文輸入法；
• 細心，具負責感，能獨立工作；
• 工作地點：灣仔；
• 工作時間：星期一至星期五 上午10:00至下午2:00 或 下午2:00至6:00，每週4至5天；
• 經驗較少的申請人將考慮聘請為兼職人力資源助理。
