Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Committed to implementing the vision, mission, and operation principles of CEDAR Fund.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and account reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding donations, project remittances and expense reimbursements.
• Responsible for outdoor assignments if needed, including, but not limited to, donation collection at the post office, cheque bank-in, etc.
• Provide accounting and administrative support to internal departments.

Key Requirements:

• An understanding of the Christian faith and values of CEDAR Fund.
• Diploma or above, preferably with a major in accounting or related disciplines, or other qualifications with LCCI Level 3.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to learn new technologies and software quickly.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the accountant position.
