We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Draftsman + BIM Specialist to join our team. As part of the design and technical team, you will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings and contributing to the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for various construction projects. If you have a passion for 3D modeling, drafting, and utilizing BIM technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of construction processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD Drafting: Create, modify, and maintain technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• BIM Integration: Work closely with the project team to implement and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project coordination and collaboration.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design elements into BIM models and resolve technical issues.
• Modeling & Design: Develop 3D models and integrate data into BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) for use in visualizations, planning, and coordination.
• Quality Control: Ensure all drawings and BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Document Management: Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and BIM models to ensure version control and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Support: Provide drafting support for various design disciplines, as well as assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and submittals.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• AutoCAD Expertise: Proven experience in creating detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of drafting standards and best practices.
• BIM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
• Experience in the Industry: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction or architectural design industry, with familiarity in both traditional drafting and BIM workflows.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of 3D modeling, building systems, and design elements across various disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in drawing preparation, model development, and document management.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and external stakeholders.
